Litra in the middle of the final battle.

Appearing as Gomess’ opponent in the first episode of Ultra Q, Litra is merely a shrouded Rodan prop.  He was part of an ancient prophecy that when Gomess arose to destroy the world, Litra would slay the beast, then die as well.  That is exactly what happens in a surprisingly adequate monster fight in this fantastic series.  Litra’s beam of Citronella acid is Gomess’ weakness, and leads to the creatures death.  Litra itself then dies atop Gomess.
