Powers: Red eye beam, extreme durability because of armored plates.

Garaemon started as a man who survived an assault, and makes it his duty to make a serum that supposedly heals/regenerates wounded soldiers.  When his lab is raided, he uses the prototype on himself, turning him into a kaiju!  He rampages through Tokyo, and does battle with Robo, a giant robot, in the film.
