This is Agon in the title sequence of the show Agon, the Atomic Dragon (1968)

Created back in 1964, this Kaiju’s mini-series wouldn’t make it to the small screen until 1968, due to conflicts with Toho.  The suit was created by an apprentice of Eiji Tsuburaya, and was extremely detailed, even having a breathing apparatus in his throat, making the creature actually breath very realistically.  He didn’t cause much havoc due to the small budget, but Agon has some impressive feats.  In fact, with a single stomp, he made a large ravine in the ground!
